I can’t see all of the information for Sky High Ranch. What’s the middle section?
Contact brenda.yestness@gscolorado.org. Thanks!
This is Kreg Hamburger, Vp, Outdoor Programs. When you are speaking about the middle section for Sky High Ranch, could you elaborate more? I’m the creator of the documents at this time and would like to have a better handle to the problem. Thanks,
I am having trouble with a section of the Sky High Ranch information also. I click on the ‘camper information web form’ and I get an error on the Girl Scout page saying that document can not be found on the server.
Sorry for the problem and thanks for alerting us. The links are now fixed.
It took me a long time to figure out what these sections (MSR, SHR, TR) were. We are new to these camps and using the full names would be better for me.
Tomahawk Ranch specific letter from Obi Joe – the 2 pages following the letter are illegible.
Please contact customer service and they’d be happy to help you 877-425-4886
Where are the health forms?
If you don’t hear back soon on this, please contact customer service at 877-425-4886. Thanks!
I called customer service about the Tomahawk Letter too. I also can only see pages 1 & 4. They said it was because I’m on a Mac and it’s not compatible with Adobe Reader. That’s actually not an accurate statement, but I do suspect it has something else to do with me being on a Mac. Anyway, they are going to mail me the pages, but it seems like it would be a lot easier to fix those two pages than to have to mail them to everyone who is on a Mac. My two cents!
Hi Susan
I’m on a Mac too and I can see all the content on the Tomahawk Letter. I’m using Adobe Reader 9 version 9.5.0. You might need to update your version of Adobe Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader/) I know of other pdf issues that were fixed by updating the Adobe Reader. Let me know if that works, kristin.hamm@gscolorado.org. Thanks
I could not figure out where the health forms wher either. And also is the camper information the only thing we have to fill out? If so thats great.
The health form is through a new online system CampDoc. So you will fill everything out online when you receive an email from CampDao. Towards the end of the CampDoc health information – Step 9: Imaged Documents, is where you will find the Physician’s form for download to take with you when receiving a physical for 3, 6 or 12 day camp programs.
As too the comment, “And also is the camper information the only thing we have to fill out?”, I’m not 100% sure without looking at what your daughter is attending. Please email me at kreg.hamburger@gscolorado.org for follow-up. Most likely, the answer is yes, except for the health information when you receive your account from CampDoc, but to be sure, please email me. Thanks,
I am trying to open the healthcare provider form on the (resident camp) camper information packet site. When I click on it nothing happens.
Please contact Customer Service and they would be happy to help you – 877-425-4886.
The link for the Camper Information Web Form for Sky High Ranch is broken. Thanks!
Sorry for the problem and thank you for alerting us! The links are fixed.
we are working on the problem. Please stay tuned. Should be corrected within a day or two. Not sure how the link broke, but we are looking into the issue. Thanks for helping us out with this issue.
Where do I send hard copies of the health forms? I don’t have a scanner that works.
There are a number of documents that I am not able to see or print. I am interested in the Tomahawk documents, the health document, and the immunization document. Thank you.
When and where do we get specifics about when to drop off and pick up our daughter? I don’t see any camp specific information. Thanks
My daughter is attending Pony Pals/MS02 with her buddy. Since it’s such a short camp and such a long drive, is it OK for one set of parents to take the girls and the other to pick up? I see there is a form they need to fill out on arrival if anybody other than a parent is going to pick up. But is it OK for a non-parent to drop off?
Kim, Thank you for posting the question. Yes, it’s OK for a non-parent to drop off, in fact carpooling is encouraged. Please make sure you give a signed note to the person dropping off or picking up. It should include their name and the camper’s name and be signed by the camper’s parent. The person picking up or dropping off should also be prepared to show ID when picking up the camper.
