Girl Scouts of Colorado CEO visits the Western Slope

I just returned from a great visit to the Western Slope where I had a chance to connect with area community leaders and partners who are helping us in our mission to deliver the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to more area girls.

During my visit I had the opportunity to do media interviews on KREX-TV (CBS) in Grand Junction as well as Vail Channel 8. Below are the videos of those interviews.

I will be on the road again soon, this time to Steamboat Springs, where I look forward to introducing the Colorado community to our beautiful camp properties throughout the state.

And I also couldn’t resist sharing the weather report that the Girl Scouts in Vail did while we were there for the interview on Wednesday morning. They had so much fun with this!

Very nice video in Steamboat……it was very disappointing that the little Brownie did not think she was a Girl Scout yet….and wouldn’t be until she was a Junior! Of course, the gal interviewing sort of put that thought into her mind….

Glad to see you, Stephanie, going all over the State and meeting the girls and volunteers. Very important with our large geographic area now.

Nice to meet you, Stephanie. The Eagle County GS had great fun with the interview!
